Prahlad G Menon, PhD Joins Techolution as AI Practice Leader

Prahlad brings a strong track record in startups and the corporate world as Co-Founder of Cerebroscope LLC (the DBA entity of SciencePlusPlease LLC). The technology company develops and engineers methods and devices for concussion and neurological injury detection and diagnosis. He is also the co-founder of Opu Labs, Inc, which focuses on AI for skin conditions symptom confirmation using frontal face images.

Rooted in Practical Application for People, Enterprises and Academia

Prahlad holds a PhD in physics-based computational modeling and bioinformatics and an MS in mechanical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. His academic experience includes a former tenure track faculty of electrical & computer engineering at Carnegie Mellon University.

He also serves as Adjunct Assistant Professor Bioengineering and Visiting Faculty at University of Pittsburgh teaching Engineering Medical Devices for Imaging and Image Processing, Biomedical Imaging and Analysis. He is also an adjunct Professor (Biomedical Engineering at The University of Texas at San Antonio. His expert programming skills include R, Python, Matlab, and SAS with clinical trials research experience.

He holds seven patents across diverse technologies and is fluent in English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, and Mandarin Chinese.
